HR Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, develop effective hiring strategies, and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization. You'll oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
What you’ll do:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
What we’re looking for:
2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred, but not necessary; we welcome all applicants with a strong passion for hiring and team building.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a keen eye for talent in potential candidates.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in Human Resources.
A Bachelor's degree at a recognised university is required. A first-class degree is preferred.
