We are looking for a versatile production assistant to create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, while monitoring channels, responding to inquiries, and engaging with our audience. You will develop content calendars, analyse metrics for performance optimisation, handle daily administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, coordinate meetings and events, and create professional documents.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.

  • Analyse social media metrics and prepare detailed reports to track performance and optimise strategies.

  • Ensure smooth and efficient office management, including handling daily administrative tasks and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Create and format reports, presentations, proposals, and other professional documents.

Your Qualifications:

  • A first-class degree from a recognized university is desirable.

  • Experience in an administrative or social media management role.

  • Strong organisational, time-management, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and social media management.

  • Experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations for sales proposals.
